Who is responsible for your data
Servicio de Análisis de Datos y Monitoreo de México, S.A.S. de C.V., trading as AnaliZac, based in Guadalupe, Zacatecas, Mexico, is responsible for the personal data collected on this site.
For anything related to this notice: contacto@analizac.com or +52 492 100 7679.
What we collect, and when
This site collects personal data in three situations only, and always because you type it:
- Contact form. Name, email address, and the message you write.
- Call request. Name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and your preferred day and time.
- Site assistant. Whatever you type in the conversation. If you share your name or email inside the chat, they stay in that transcript.
As with any web server, we also automatically log the IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser. Those technical logs exist to run the site, measure its use and contain abuse.
What we use it for
- Answering what you ask and following up on a business enquiry.
- Scheduling a call, when you request one.
- Understanding what visitors are looking for, so we can improve the site.
- Limiting abusive use of the assistant and protecting the service.
We do not sell your data, we do not trade it, and we do not use it for third party advertising. We will not sign you up to a newsletter for having written to us.
How long we keep it
- Assistant conversations: 14 days. After that they delete themselves from the server. That window exists so we can follow up on a conversation with its context, not to archive it.
- Contact and call request forms: not stored in any database. They are sent to our mailbox by email and live there like any other email, for as long as the conversation makes sense.
- Server technical logs: kept for a few weeks, then rotated out.
Who we share it with
Nobody, beyond what the site strictly needs to work:
- OpenAI, which processes the assistant's messages to produce a reply. We explicitly request that it does not retain those conversations.
- Our server provider, where the site and the mail are hosted.
- Competent authorities, where the law requires it.
Your rights
You may request at any time access to your data, its rectification if inaccurate, its erasure, or object to our use of it. You may also withdraw any consent you gave us. These are the ARCO rights recognised by Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
Just write to contacto@analizac.com saying what you want and how to locate your data. We reply within twenty working days at most.
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or third party tracking cookies. The conversation with the assistant is kept in your own browser while the tab is open, so it survives moving between pages, and disappears when you close it.
Changes to this notice
If the way we handle data changes, this notice is updated and the date at the top changes. The version in force is always the one published here.
