AnaliZac

The data already exists. The problem is that it is scattered.

Custom operational systems. Software development, AI integration and automation for operations that today live in Excel, on paper, and in tools that do not talk to each other.

El problema

Every area has its tool. None of them talk to the next.

Production in one system, maintenance in Excel, the warehouse in the ERP, safety on paper. Nobody is lying: each one simply holds their own version of the shift. Assembling the full operation takes someone hours of re-keying, reconciling and explaining differences. And by the time the report is ready, the shift it describes is over.

What we do

Custom software

The system adapts to how you work, not the other way around.

Custom ERP

Administration and operations with the same data underneath.

Systems integration

What already runs is kept in place and connected.

AI automation

Repetitive work stops eating the time of the people who know.

AI agents

Tasks completed inside your systems, with an auditable trail.

Operational dashboards

Each area sees its own, and management sees the same data.

How we work

01

Understand

We look at how the report gets built today and how many hands it passes through. No diagnosis, no proposal.

02

Put one area into operation

We pick where it hurts most and put it to work. It stands on its own rather than waiting for the whole project to finish.

03

Connect the next one

Each stage builds on the previous. Scope grows with results, not with promises.

Who trusts us

Eleven operations already run on systems we built.

Universities, logistics, fuel, agribusiness and solar energy. Each with its own system, not the same product bent to fit.

The industry

What is already being achieved

These are not our own results. They are published industry figures, each with its source, to show the size of the problem.

From 6 days to half a day

The month-end close at a phosphate mining operation, whose engineers spent at least 2 hours a day, up to 20 a week, on calculations assembled from Excel and paper. Engineering and supervision availability rose 25%.

200 million dollars not spent

Freeport-McMoRan trained a model on three years of sensor data its mine already had. It added 20 million pounds of copper a year and avoided most of a capital expansion.

0.8% of capex

That is what mining companies in Mexico spend on technology per year, a little over 44.5 million dollars across all of them.

72%

Of mining companies admit their processes still fall short of the benefits they expected from autonomy. A further 32% acknowledge being below the desirable level of digital maturity.

Work delivered

Agricultural and livestock operations

The full cycle lived scattered, and each type of user who logged in needed to see something different.

One system carries acquisition, preparation, care, monitoring, sales and distribution, with ranchers, farmers and companies each running their own part inside it.

Clinical laboratory

Results came out of the analysis equipment and someone re-keyed them to assemble every report.

Values arrive straight from the machines, the report is generated on its own, and the lab’s ERP and CRM run on that same data.

Parcel and logistics into the United States

Preparation, waybills, tracking, warehousing and weighing lived in separate tools, so answering about a shipment meant chasing it.

All six steps run connected, with automatic customer notices and weight recorded where it happens, so a shipment’s status is answered on the spot.

ERP for solar distribution

Sales follow-up ran on one side and the operation of installed equipment on another.

Prospect, quote, internal processes and live inverter data share one system, with no jump between the sale and the service.

CAD drawing automation

Reviewing a drawing to locate, measure and classify elements took hours of manual work.

The review left the desk: the output is generated on its own and every finding stays tied to its point on the drawing.

Fuel sales operations

Prospects arrived by messaging at any hour and were handled unevenly.

An AI answers and classifies around the clock, and the team sees pipeline status by period and region without building the report by hand.

What changes

What you notice once the system is running.

Not catalogue promises. This is what changes day to day in an operation once the data stops being scattered.

Process time

Up to 90% less on the processes that lend themselves best to automation. It depends heavily on which one, which is why the full range is stated.

Operating cost

Fewer hours of re-keying, fewer reworks and fewer corrections that arrive late and cost more.

Information in one place

It stops living in scattered files and forwarded emails, and sits where anyone can look it up without asking.

KPIs and metrics in view

Indicators calculated on their own from what was already recorded, not from what someone managed to key in before the meeting.

Errors caught early

The system flags drift while it can still be corrected, rather than once it is already a loss.

Communication across areas

Everyone reads the same figure. No more meetings spent deciding which of the three versions is the right one.

Who builds it

We understand it, design it, and build it.

AnaliZac is a multidisciplinary software team. We bring together product design, engineering, AI, automation, and data analysis, and add the exact specialist each project needs, instead of bending your operation to the only tool we would know how to use.

Depending on what the project calls for, we have staffed teams of up to 20 people.
