A map-based cockpit supports exploration across areas, radii, segments, and scenarios on top of a reproducible pipeline. The presentation will show the method and interface states with fictional data, not figures or results from audited sources.
The problem
Comparing real-estate supply, areas, and scenarios requires every reading to retain its assumptions, units, and provenance without turning a private snapshot into a public claim.

The middle band is the difference: the floor peeks out beneath the ceiling, and the wider it is, the farther one is from the other — it is what an investor looks at. No data: a zone with no snapshot coverage; it is drawn and declared, not filled in.
